Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Arbitration:
Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, including the determination of the scope or applicability of these Terms of Use, or your use of the Application or information, shall be resolved through arbitration in India. The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Members and Website, following the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi. All arbitration proceedings, including awards, will be conducted in English or Hindi. The award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Interim Relief:
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in India to protect their rights pending the completion of arbitration. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in District Court, Indore(MP). If either party files an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorney’s fees and costs up to One Lakh Rupees (INR).
Governing Law:
These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be amended to reflect the intent of the provision while the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements. Any waiver of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by both parties.
User Account Access
The Website shall have access to the account and the information created by the User for ensuring and maintaining the high-quality services provided by the Website and for addressing the need of the customer in the most effective manner. User hereby consents for the unconditional access of the account by the Website, its employees, agents, and other appointed person in such regard. For the purpose of addressing the complaints (if any received) and any suspected abuse reported, the Website shall investigate on a case-to- case basis from the records available. The User is directed to read the terms provided in the Privacy Policy as regards such records.
In order to ensure that we are able to provide high quality services, respond to customer needs, and comply with laws, you hereby consent to our employees and agents being able to access Your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or suspected abuse.
Member Registration Data:
Upon registration, you will receive an identification (EMAIL ID) and a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EMAIL ID and password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether authorized or not. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security known to you.
DND Number:
By agreeing to the Terms of Usage, you unconditionally consent to the platform trikal contacting you via call, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or email on your DND-registered number, even if your number is listed under the DND (Do Not Disturb) service with your mobile service provider. Your DND number will be listed and registered on our platform.
Updation of Terms
The Website may update/amend/modify these Terms of Usage from time to time. The User is responsible to check the Terms of Usage periodically to remain in compliance with these terms.

You understand that we only provide a platform where astrologers can give astrology services to users, and we do not have any direct, indirect control over the conversation that happens between the astrologer and users. you use the services at your own risk, and you will be responsible for any loss, harm incurred due to such conversation/recommendation. in no case or any of its directors/ officials will be liable for any such loss/harm.

Recommendations are being made in good faith by the Astrologers/Experts and the website and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that:

the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
you will not exchange any personal contact information with any astrologer/astrologer/expert for any purpose, which may include making offline payment or in-personal meetings. you must not share any personal information about yourself, your friends, acquaintances, family members, or anybody else with whom you may or may not be associated. Contact numbers, bank account numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, personalized pages, blogs, and social media profiles [including but not limited to Facebook, WhatsApp, telegram, messenger, SMS, and others] are all examples of personal information. You also do not induce Astrologers/Experts for offline meetings.
No refunds shall be processed for any reports ordered once the order has reached the “processing” stage, i.e., when the order has been assigned to an Astrologer. The User acknowledges and agrees that any risk or liability arising from placing an order in haste or carelessly rests solely with the User. The Mobile Application shall not be responsible for any refunds once the processing stage has commenced.
Any technical delay, glitch, or issue occurring in the Mobile Application during the processing of a request, including report generation by the service provider (i.e., Astrologer), shall not entitle the User to claim a refund. The User understands and agrees that the timelines indicated are approximate and that all reasonable efforts will be made to adhere to the displayed timelines.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed after deducting any transaction charges imposed by the Bank and/or Payment Gateway or any other charges incurred by the Mobile Application during the processing and delivery of the service.
In the event that the Mobile Application or its linked Payment Gateway webpage experiences server-related issues (e.g., slowdown, failure, session timeout), the User must verify whether their Bank Account has been debited before initiating a second payment. If the Bank Account is debited, the User should refrain from making a second payment and immediately contact customer care to confirm the payment. If the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh payment transaction. However, any multiple payments made in error, despite the above precautions, will be refunded in full, without deductions for transaction charges, with the Mobile Application retaining only the cost of a single order as intended.
If the Mobile Application is unable to accept or process an order and must cancel it, the Mobile Application reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel the order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of the service, inaccuracies, errors in pricing information, or other identified issues.
By requesting a refund, the User grants the Mobile Application’s quality audit team permission to access the chat or call recordings of the consultation for which the refund is requested. This access is for the purpose of determining whether the case is eligible for a refund. The quality audit team will, on a best-effort basis, provide partial or full refunds to the User’s Trikal Astro app wallet if the consultant’s quality parameters are not met. The refund process may take up to 72 hours to analyze and credit the amount back to the Trikal Astro app wallet.
All refunds will be credited to the User’s Trikal Astro app wallet. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
• Network issues affecting the chat or call, such as weak signal, background noise, or an inaudible consultant, during video/normal call sessions.
• The consultant being unable to respond fluently in the language stated in their profile.
• The consultant taking an unreasonably long time to respond to the User.
• The consultant providing irrelevant or inappropriate responses to the User’s query.
No refunds will be granted for issues related to the accuracy of consultations. The Mobile Application disclaims responsibility for the factual accuracy of any consultations.
